Come teach with us.

Aloe Pilates is a small reformer studio near Santana Row — the kind of place where instructors know their clients by name, and notice when someone's had a rough week. We're not built around one instructor out front; we're a team, and we're hoping you'll be the next person to join us.

When a room fills up around you, that's your work paying off — and we want to celebrate that with you, not just say thanks.

The role: Pilates Instructor

  • At least one year of experience teaching reformer Pilates.
  • You genuinely love Pilates — and you love helping people just as much.
  • Comfortable teaching small group classes across our two rooms — Studio A (5 reformers) and Main Studio (10 reformers) — as well as Duet and Private sessions.
  • Teaching in English — it keeps class coverage and substitutions simple across the whole team. Being bilingual in Mandarin is a helpful plus, as many of our clients speak both.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes your experience and rewards the following you build — as your classes fill, your pay grows with them. Full details discussed at interview.

Why instructors like it here

Small rooms by design

Five reformers in Studio A, ten in Main Studio. You'll actually know every client on every carriage — no shouting cues across a warehouse floor.

A real team

Eleven instructors with genuinely different backgrounds — a chiropractor, an occupational therapist, a classically trained dancer. Your specialty gets showcased, not buried.

Clients who show up

Monthly memberships and waitlisted classes mean you're teaching people committed to a routine — the kind of regulars who make teaching rewarding.

Your name on the schedule

Every instructor has a public profile on our site with their photo, story, and a direct booking link — clients choose you for what you're great at.
