What members say.

“The studio is perfect. I love the small class size and attentiveness of all the instructors.”

Emily A. · Verified client

“Susie is a dedicated and enthusiastic instructor who genuinely loves what she does and is deeply devoted to her work. The class has a cozy, close-knit community feel, which really sets it apart from larger studios.”

Chiahsun L. · Google review

“Starting Pilates has been one of those rare ‘aha moments’ in my life… Finally, I've found that feeling of standing tall again, shoulders back, chest open — it's like my whole body opened up.”

What to wear
  • Grip socks Required — for safety and hygiene on the moving carriage. Please bring a pair to every class.
  • Bottoms — high-waisted leggings, bike shorts, or slim-fit joggers, snug enough to stay put during inversions and leg-extension work.
  • Tops — fitted tanks, racerbacks, or tucked-in tees, so nothing rides up over your face during footwork or bridging.
  • Avoid — baggy shorts (they bunch up or ride when your legs are in the straps) and zippers or metal hardware (they can scratch the reformer's leather).

FAQ

Quick answers, before you book.

What's the difference between the two rooms?
Studio A (The Precision Room) is our smallest, most intimate room — just 5 reformers, with your instructor's full attention. Main Studio (The Energy Room) holds up to 10, with more energy and room to bring a friend. Same method, same instructors, different vibe.
How much is a class or membership?
Group classes start at $45, and monthly memberships bring the per-class rate down from there — with no contract, cancellable with 30 days' notice. Full pricing is in class rates and membership.
Do you offer packages instead of membership?
Yes — class passes and private-session bundles, all valid four months. You'll find them listed under membership.
Is there a discount for my first visit?
Yes! $10 off your first class — reserve on Vagaro with code ALOE10. For $20 off your first private appointment, please call or text us at (831) 508-0018. Discount codes exclude pre-certified classes.
What should I wear?
Grip socks are required for every class. Fitted tops and bottoms work best — leggings, bike shorts, or slim joggers, and a snug tank or tee. Avoid baggy shorts and anything with zippers or metal hardware, which can scratch the reformer.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class or session, so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
Where do I park?
Free parking at the back of the studio — turn in from Neal Ave. The studio is wheelchair accessible.
Do you teach in Mandarin?
Yes! Our team teaches in both English and Mandarin. 中文页面在这里.
Are private sessions available?
Yes — one-on-one Private sessions, one-on-two Duets, and a reduced-rate option with an instructor completing our advanced training. See rates, then book on Vagaro or call us.
How do I book a class?
Booking is self-serve online. For a group class, browse the schedule. For a private or duet session, book from our services. No account with us needed; Vagaro handles it all.
